LOCKDOWN COMMENCED

I'm going to be locking most of the topics here (I'll leave a few open).

Okay, I've removed permission to open new topics for all of the boards except the spam board. I've also locked almost all of the topics in the General Forums and the Application sub-board. I've locked down the entire Clan Roster sub-board as well.

Also, Sento, can I get a pm/email when I'm put in the right group for the LoR site, and can I be made a moderator for the Clan's sub-board? I think I have Gowe's permission, since I was an admin here.
